Building the Marketing Playbook:
A Case Study with the City of Vallejo

Like many economic development organizations, the City of Vallejo works hard to manage their place marketing with limited resources. Slater Matzke joined the city for one year as part of the Fuse Corps Fellowship program, and set out to build a detailed and comprehensive marketing playbook to carry the city forwards after his mandate ends.
